Due to the nature of our products, All Sales Are Final. For health and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges once the hair has been used, worn or altered in any way. If a refund is approved, It’ll be issued to original payment method with 7-10 business days after we received and inspected the returned item.

Eligible Returns:

We only accept returns if you receive the wrong item or product arrives damaged or defective. In that case, you must contact me within 3 business days of receiving order. Item must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Exchanges:

We currently don’t not offer exchanges unless the wrong item was sent. Any approved exchanges, item must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
