Cancellation Policy

To cancel/reschedule, please contact us 24hrs in advance. Notices less than 24hrs will be non refundable & non transferable. You will have to rebook a new appointment. (You may receive a full deposit refund for any reason hairstylist has to cancel/reschedule.) No call no show appointments will be canceled after 25 minutes. Deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
